High-Rise Window Cleaning in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & the UAE
Streak-free glass, floor to podium, on a schedule that suits you — on rope, not on a cherry picker that can't reach half your elevation.
CleaningThe short version
High-rise window cleaning is the recurring wash of a tower's glazed elevation, done by rope access technicians rather than cradles or lifts. Vertex runs it as a scheduled programme across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE — full height, purified water, IRATA-certified crews — so the building reads as cared-for every week, not just after an annual deep clean.
What’s involved
- Full-height glass washing, floor to podium, on any elevation a lift can't reach
- Recurring, scheduled drops — weekly, monthly or quarterly, set to your building's dirt load
- Purified water fed to the pole or the rope for a streak-free, spot-free finish
- IRATA-certified technicians, so the job runs without scaffolding, cradles or road closures
- Written RAMS and a rescue plan filed before a single rope goes over the parapet
- Tenants keep working — no floor-by-floor shutdown, no blocked lobby
Why rope access for high-rise glass
Cradles and cherry pickers have a ceiling. Rope access doesn't. A cherry picker tops out long before it reaches a 40-storey elevation, and a building maintenance unit (BMU) is a fixed asset that breaks down, needs servicing, and can't be rerouted around a job that isn't there.
Rope access technicians go anywhere the facade does — around service risers, past balconies, over a stepped podium — without waiting for a cradle to come free or a lift to be certified. For a high-rise in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, that's the difference between a clean that gets done on schedule and one that slips every time the BMU is down.
Built for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi skyline
Glass towers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi collect construction dust, sea-salt residue and sand faster than almost anywhere else. Left more than a few weeks, that film etches into the glass and starts costing more to remove than it would have to prevent. Vertex schedules drops around each building's exposure — a waterfront tower in Abu Dhabi or a Sheikh Zayed Road high-rise in Dubai — rather than running every site on the same fixed interval.
How we work
Surveyed, method-stated, then on the rope.
Survey the drop
We walk the building, check the anchors and price the work off what we can actually see — not a guess from the pavement.
Method statement
You get a written RAMS and rescue plan before anyone clips in. Nothing happens on your building without it signed off.
Work the rope
IRATA-certified technicians run the job floor by floor, so tenants keep working and the lobby stays open throughout.
Hand over clean
Photographic sign-off, site left tidy and the documentation filed — ready for the next inspection or drop.
